What’s in white pizza with chicken?
This fun take on pizza features simple staples that I usually have in my kitchen already! Here are the key ingredients:
Chicken: We love to use leftover cooked chicken for this pizza recipe. If you don’t have any on hand, cook two chicken breasts at 350℉ for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Alfredo Sauce: Use your favorite store-bought jar or go the extra mile with homemade alfredo sauce! Naan Bread: My homemade naan bread is the absolute best! Of course the store-bought brands are all just fine for this simple pizza recipe.

How to Store and Reheat
Store your leftover white pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To keep it crispy, I recommend reheating in the air fryer or oven.
How to Freeze
Let the white chicken pizza fully cool to room temperature prior to freezing in an airtight container for up to 3 months!
Notes from the Test Kitchen
You can use shredded rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even easier. I seasoned the chicken breast with salt and pepper before cooking. To keep this pizza quick and easy, I use the fully cooked crumbled bacon from the store. The 10 minute prep time includes the time to chop the chicken and grate the cheese. You can replace cheese with mozzarella, but it won’t be as gouda… wink wink!
How to Make White Chicken Pizza Step by Step
Assemble the pizzas: Place 4 naan flatbreads on two baking sheets. Spread each flatbread with 2 tbsp alfredo sauce. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup gouda, 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken, 1 1/2 tbsp crumbled bacon, 2 chopped roma tomatoes and 2 chopped green onions. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
