If you’d like to use turkey bacon instead, that works too! Just make sure it’s cooked to a crumble like consistency before mixing it in with the other ingredients. For best results, always grate your own cheese. It makes a huge difference! Removing the foil at the end of the bake time makes the cheese perfectly bubbly and golden.
