If you don’t want to use turkey drippings, you can still make this gravy. Just use broth instead and you’ll still end up with a juicy, delicious result.

Chicken broth will also work here! Butter & Flour: Make the roux that helps thicken the gravy. Salt & Pepper: Allow you to season the gravy to your personal tastes! Parsley: Adds color and brightness to the gravy.
