Store leftover homemade egg bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Reheat these egg bites in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds, until warmed through. You can reheat them right from frozen.

How to Make Starbucks Egg Bites Step by Step
Blend the Eggs: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-count muffin tin with nonstick spray. Set aside. Add 6 large eggs, ¾ cup of cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper, and ½ teaspoon of dried thyme to a blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir in the Mix-Ins: Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl. Stir in 1 cup of shredded gruyere cheese, 1 cup of fresh spinach, and 6 slices of cooked and chopped bacon. Portion the Eggs Bites: Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin. Bake the Egg Bites: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
