Why We Love Mimosas and Bellinis
Let’s be honest, I love anything with sparkling wine. Mimosas and Bellinis are serious favorites. Fruity, pretty, girly, yum.
Mimosas: The classic drink is made with orange juice and prosecco. Bellinis: The classic drink is made with peach nectar, but we’re DIY-ing it! You’ll need frozen sliced peaches, agave nectar (or another liquid sweetener), water, and prosecco.
It’s so easy to set up your own mimosa bar, and I promise you it will be super popular! It’s a wonderful way to add some fun and color to your party!
Mimosa Bar Ideas
I used a mix of flavors for my mimosas and bellinis with pineapple, peach, strawberry, and blackberry puree, but you can choose whatever flavors you want. Some I can’t wait to try next time are mango, clementine, raspberry, or even kiwi. The choice is entirely yours to make!
How to Store
The blended fruit purees for this bellini and mimosa bar will keep well in the fridge, covered, for up to 2 days, and you can also freeze them for longer storage. Assemble the mimosas and bellinis just before serving.
