Recipe Notes
Ham: I’m using a 3.5-pound Boneless Sliced “Anytime” Ham for this recipe – make sure to use a small fully cooked boneless ham. Brown Sugar: Light brown sugar adds a rich, sweet flavor to the ham. Pineapple: Pineapple juice goes so well with ham – it’s sweet and fruity and pairs perfectly with salty ham. Cornstarch: Thickens the juices into a rich glaze.
