Add 1 chai tea bag, ½ cup of hot water, and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar to a small bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes, stir until the sugar is dissolved, then remove the tea bag and transfer the tea mixture to the fridge to chill for 5 more minutes. Fill a glass with ice and add the chai tea concentrate. Top with ½ cup of milk and stir gently.
